Peach Returns Policy
All garments must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with all the labels on to be accepted for return or exchange, within 10 days from the date on invoice. However, there is no return or exchange on any sale items, accessories or jewellery pieces. We will happily exchange your garments if you need an alternate size. The cost of shipping is paid for by the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery. Should the garments be faulty or not as ordered, we will credit your original method of payment, including delivery.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Include your name, address, phone numbers, and the original invoice sent to you with the garments you are returning.
Occasionally, due to demand or late delivery of products, we may be out of stock of some items. We will let you know the expected delivery date when you place your order. If it is too long for you to wait we can either cancel the order or suggest an alternative. Please note that we do not charge your credit card until we are able to send your item/s to you. All items are included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of sale. All prices include GST.
All the parcels we send are insured.
In order to facilitate the processing of your order, please provide as many details as possible. As an added security measure and to reduce the occurrence of credit card fraud, we now require contact telephone numbers to confirm your order. Please supply these details in the appropriate section in the order form below.
Additionally, we do not ship goods to any other address apart from the billing address of the credit card supplied. If this causes you any problems, then please contact us via email or phone. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience.
NOTE: This form is a secure document. Any information you submit on this form is encrypted before transmission to ensure the privacy of your personal information. Your details cannot be read by a third party while in transit.

New Zealand Delivery
We aim to deliver within 3 working days or sooner. Normal Size parcels are charged at a rate of $8.50.
We also offer an overnight courier service for those of you who need something now! (Please note that our supplier of this service doesn’t absolutely guarantee it, although in our experience it has around a 95% success rate.) Please ask us for more details on this service.
Some particularly large orders or items need to be shipped as Oversized Parcels. Oversized Parcels will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per parcel. We will advise you if your order requires the oversized rate.
